Here's a brief summary of our current policies.

We require a NON REFUNDABLE $40 deposit to secure all appointments.
All deposits are non refundable but transferable ONCE.
48 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the full cost of the service being charged to the card on file. If 48 hours notice is given the deposit may be transferred to the very next appt. If 48 hours notice is not given your deposit will not transfer to your next appt and another deposit will be required to secure future appointments.
Our calendar only shows availability for the next 30 days on a rolling basis.
We are an appointment only salon which means we are generally unable to accommodate walk ins or same day appts.
If you're sick, stay home. Mask must be worn during the entire service regardless of vaccination status.
We accept debit and credit only. No cash.
Please come alone at your specified appointment time.
The calendar shows availability in real time. If it won't allow you to book a particular service or combination of services we won't be able to "squeeze in" that service when we see you.
All guest are required and expected to read and familiarize themselves with our full policy. Your booking confirmation confirms that you have read and agree to all booking terms.
